Return Policy:

We guarantee that the product will arrive in good condition or we will return the full purchase price of the product not including shipping. Due to the personal nature of these pillows, we cannot accept returns of used products. Damaged goods upon arrival are replaced at no cost to you. If you do not like the product we will accept returns with you paying the shipping costs.
